Hi, I need someone to fix my washing machine. It looks like it's working but it doesn't do the washing (I notice it doesn't move when it's in Washing mode). Also, sometimes it does leak a bit of water. I'm pretty sure it's just a matter of cleaning the filters, but I'm not able to take the screws out.

Have FP 11 kg WH1160P3. Was displaying "Out of Balance" error and now not spinning. Looks balanced to me but not working properly. Not spinning even on Spin Cycle with no clothes in it. After cycle completed (with no spinning happening), displays "Out of Balance". Maybe springs under drum have dislodged... not sure.

Hi. I need to make the current hole in cupboard bigger so new dishwasher hose can fit through. Please check photos attached. There is a support under the cupboard and I think the wood can only be cut in the red section I’ve highlighted. Maybe it can be cut another way, but I’m unsure. Thanks!
