Small pond pump not working

At times of heavy rains, water flows into my sub-floor from the outside and I want to identify from where the water enters the subfloor. I need someone (definitely not a big bloke, rather I need a person with a small profile who can get to the narrow part of the subfloor easily) and take photos/video to try and identify the problem area. The side that needs to be checked is the far side (where the PVC pipe is running across - on the left half of the photo). It's about 10m long and judging by the pillar at the far end the clearance is ½ meter. This is an old photo and currently there is no water in the subfloor. It’s a small job and could be done easily in half an hour. So please quote for 30 minutes and if it takes longer, I will pay accordingly.
