I need someone to hop into my ceiling space and unblock the aircon drip tray. A 15 minute job

Milano oven door. Latch part rusted. Need to replace either latch or entire door. Bathroom rack is fine however sometimes slips off if there is some sort of glue option to stick it on.

I think they've been around since the last ice age.

Our cake display fridge is currently fluctuating between 15-18 degrees when it should be around 5 degrees. Assuming it needs a service and filter/fan clean. Happy to negotiate costs.

- Ceiling Access Panel Installation (approx dimension is 30 cm x 20 cm). behind there is aircon split access. The plasterboard piece is there to reuse. - Dryer brackets installation, there was a old dryer on the wall when we took out the brackets one of the bracket was on plasterboard - which i don't think it is safe. So we might have to use horizontal timber slat. Please do let me know your availability and how much it will cost for both the above task (individually).

My laundry is inside a cupboard I bought a heat pump dryer that cannot be wall hung. I need a shelf built just above the laundry taps so I don’t have to stack the dryer on my washer - due to the taps I can’t close the door when stacked. I’ve currently taken the door off to accomodate this. Interior of cupboard is plasterboard on timber frame. Shelf doesn’t need to be painted, I can paint once it has been installed at a later date. Shelf will need a small hole in it to allow power cable through, and drain pipe from the dryer. I’m available Fridays work from home or weekends. Second floor apartment.

The fridge was bought for $280 second hand, but needed repair from the start. It still gets cool but one needs to repair the compressor for full cooling. Offering it for free-just need help with moving it out of the house. It’s great for someone who can repair it and sell it again, but if you just can help us remove it that’s also fine. No stairs just lift of apartment.
