Dishwasher showing E4 error. I have tried putting bicarb soda and vinegar and hot water to try and unclog. There doesn’t appear to be any drainage issues. I’ve tried turning on and off the dishwasher no success.

I have an Omega brand dishwasher that came brand new with the apartment. The appliance has never been used (8 years old), and it doesn't turn on anymore. Commercial kitchen with existing rangehood for all equipments. There is an additional deep fryer, but not under the rangehood. So need to have a seperate rangehood for this deep fryer. The filter on my ASKO W6222 is blocked and when I tried to take the filter out to clean it the cap has snapped off, so I am not able to get the filter out. I can source a new filter if required. I need to know if there is a call out fee, and I need a quote for this work.
