Old attic ladder is broken and needs fitting with a new attic ladder

I need to install an attic ladder in the garage 1. Garage height is 2800mm 2. Ceiling is gyprock 3. I already have the attic ladder already attached are the photos of the ladder and measure. 4. Would like to install the ladder to be installed where the manhole is currently as per the photo. 5. Anything other material else required I can get but the (, equipment must supplied by yourself)

Supply and Installation of an attic ladder to our house to replace the standard manhole that is currently in place. Looking for a fold up system. Ceiling is approximately 3150mm from floor level. The ceiling is plasterboard with timber framing. Our house is furnished so dust and mess management is important.

Hi. We are building a second story renovation. They have completed the roof and ceiling framing and the roof tiles are being installed currently. We would like a ceiling ladder to be installed. I’ve attached a photo of the attic ladder which I will purchase. It shows the size etc. I’m happy to change the ladder if you think there is a better option. Just let me know if you quote that you can supply a different ladder which is better etc. This job is for install only cost. (Or supply and install if you have a different option) Due to the fact the home is currently being renovated, I will need an insured person to be installing this on site as they will need to prove this before they can gain entrance to site. Hoping to get a rough idea of how much it might cost to install an attic ladder. The quote is JUST for the installation of the ladder. We will supply materials/complete the rest of the task ourselves. We’re hoping to replace an existing manhole with a drop down ladder to access attic storage space.
