Hi, a hinge bolt broke on our Dolle SW36-5 Attic Ladder last night. I’ve taken photos attached. The rest of the ladder seems to be fine.

The frame holding our attic ladder into the ceiling pulled away on one side. The overall ladder and frame are still attached; but I am not folding it up into the ceiling in case the whole thing comes down. Need urgent repair today if possible; otherwise will wait as we have other commitments this weekend

Supply and Installation of an attic ladder to our house to replace the standard manhole that is currently in place. Looking for a fold up system. Ceiling is approximately 3150mm from floor level. The ceiling is plasterboard with timber framing. Our house is furnished so dust and mess management is important.

Hi. We are building a second story renovation. They have completed the roof and ceiling framing and the roof tiles are being installed currently. We would like a ceiling ladder to be installed. I’ve attached a photo of the attic ladder which I will purchase. It shows the size etc. I’m happy to change the ladder if you think there is a better option. Just let me know if you quote that you can supply a different ladder which is better etc. This job is for install only cost. (Or supply and install if you have a different option) Due to the fact the home is currently being renovated, I will need an insured person to be installing this on site as they will need to prove this before they can gain entrance to site. Job site is at Five Dock NSW.

Hoping to get a rough idea of how much it might cost to install an attic ladder. The quote is JUST for the installation of the ladder. We will supply materials/complete the rest of the task ourselves. We’re hoping to replace an existing manhole with a drop down ladder to access attic storage space. Please see photos of existing manhole/ceiling (excuse the grubby handprints)! Please quote roughly how much this would cost us and when you are available. Left side of the attic ladder hinges and spring have come out. Hinges are bent but spring is ok. Need someone to fix the mechanism for pull down ladder
