Metal door awnings has come off and requires installation

1. Supply & Install Mobile Scaffold 2. Scaffold must have wheels & platform at 2.4m & platform at 4.2m with safety-railing above 4.2m 3. Installer will be required to install and deinstall scaffolding twice. 1st install is for 2 x windows outside fence line and 2nd install is for 1 x window inside fence line. 4. Installer must drill 16 x holes into brickwork 5. Installer must screw 16 x bolts in order to mount 3 x window awnings (consisting of 3 x timbers) for each awning. 6. Installer must deinstall and remove scaffold from site.

I have a 270 degree awning attached to my van but it is not currently strong enough to support when the awning is extended. I need someone who knows what they are doing to adjust the height and also create a stronger attachment to the roof rack.
