Wall inspection for awning installation

I have an awning approx 3 mtrs long and 2 mtrs deep to be installed outside over my courtyard.

I have purchased a awning approx 3mtes wide and 2 mtrs deep. I need it installed at my unit to the existing patio wall on ground floor unit on right side facing courtyard.

I need someone to install a 4x3 motorised awning (it's the one from bunnings). The wall is hebel but has a solid structure on the sides. So it will need a beam to install the awning on. I also require a wind sensor to be added as well. The awning has a plug so won't require an electrician. Here's the awning and sensor that needs to be installed. Hi there, I need a window replaced in a townhouse. It is located on the 2nd lvel of the place and the window is broken. A new window is needed and to be fitted with a new window winder. Painted/stained to match existing as per photos. Rough dimensions are 670mm wide x 1130mm high (measured inside as I didn't have a ladder) The window is the 2nd from the left. Need it to match the other windows next to it.

Remove and dispose arm folding awning from a balcony and terminate the wires. Replace three aluminium sliding doors double rollers (Rollers will be supplied) some of the sliding doors handles are loose and need to be tightened.

Procure 2 sheets of polycarbonite roof sheets 5m x 800mm approx and screws to fasten sheets, remove existing sheets and replace in existing colourbond awning. You must be licenced and experienced in this type of work. I've attached photo of one existing carbonite sheet. There is another one at the other side of the awning. I've had to weigh down the sheet so that the wind does not blow it away as the sheet has crumbled around the screws.
