Need a barista to run a coffee machine in a coffee and sweets trailer for an event on Monday 31 March at Stanhope Gardens (Blacktown LeisureCentre). Starting 7 am finishing around 10-11 am. Maybe required to come to Riverstone NSW to check the coffee machine and setting and familiarise before the event (I.e. Saturday or Sunday 29-30 March) Will have 2 more people working in the trailer who can assist while doing their other jobs.

I need 2 experienced bartenders with barista skills for an event on July 5, 2025, in St Albans, NSW, to serve cocktails, beer, wine, and espresso-based coffee throughout the event. You’ll be responsible for making Espresso Martinis, Lychee Martinis, Long Island Iced Teas, Negronis, Old Fashioneds, Whiskey Sours, Piña Coladas, Mojitos, Alizé Lemon cocktails, and guest-requested drinks, as well as preparing high-quality coffee upon request. The role includes setup, service, and cleanup of the bar, with a strong focus on efficiency and maintaining a fun yet professional atmosphere. RSA certification is required, and we will provide all alcohol, mixers, and equipment. It’s $250 per person for 6 hours of work. You will be provided a meal.
