Need a couple of carpentry jobs done. Firstly, we have a new dishwasher that. needs to be boxed in so it looks neat and consistent with the cabinetry. Secondly, we'd like to replace our skirting boards. They are a little water damaged and we'd also like to change them to black. There's approximately 10.5 linear metres of skirting boards that we'd want to replace. Not really sure about price, but happy to provide more info and photos to make sure I give you all the information.

Hello! I need someone to remove old skirting boards from four walls in one room with the appropriate tool without damaging the wall and then install larger ones. Please only reply if you have done this before and have the tools to do the job. The new skirtings are 5.4 metres long so must be cut to the proper size. The room measures 4.5 metres by 3.3 metres. We just need to reattach an old skirting board as well as the quarter round back to the underlying masonry after salt damp treatment. We’ll sort out painting and detailing (since it’s an old house the top of the skirting board is all caulked up to seal it to the brick) unless you’re willing to do that too!
