Our deck requires, cleaning, a very light sand / spot sand, and 2 coats of deck oil. The deck is approximately 8x14m plus 1x5m. It has been done 3 times previously since built about 5 years ago. Cleaning solution, the decking oil are provided, please don’t include these materials in your quote and (at your choice the woollen brush covers and brush etc.) Don’t bother quoting if you are way out of estimate range.
