I am looking to renovate a bathroom. Required will be the removal of the bathtub and conversion to a shower. Retiling of the entire bathroom wall high tiling. Installation of wall hung vanity, installation of toilet. Waterproofing required, new fixtures and finishes to be installed. All FFE will be provided. Need a consultation on how to fix this shower leak and subsequent damages. Already removed most of the contaminated subfloor. The wood in the shower curb is rotten. Does the entire shower need to go?
