Licensed and insured plumber needed for an apartment in Melbourne CBD. I am converting 1 bathroom into 2 bathrooms. This involves: 1. Swap spa for shower base. Waste may need to be relocated less then 50cm. Delete bath spout. 2. Add medium wall hung vanity unit to wall and run inlet pipes through open wall to connect to mixer, connect waste to old spa waste. 3. Add additional toilet waste & inlet approx 800mm away from existing toilet. existing toilet is an S trap 4. Turn washing machine floor waste into second shower base, & Washing machine inlets into a shower mixer. Waste may/may not be need to be relocated less then 30cm. 5. Add another small vanity unit to wall and run inlet pipes through open wall, and connect waste into old washing machine waste 6. Fit off washing machine inlets & waste to existing kitchen inlets & waste Letting the market decide on a fair price

I have a small bathroom that requires removal of tiles and plumbing fixtures and replacement. I would prefer if I could get somebody to do both so that the removal and install happens in one go. I need a plumber to certify the pipework. It is generally a like-for-like update however some pipework will need to be re-routed to work with the fitting positions. New toilet basin, cupboards and fittings and tiles will be supplied. the bath will be replaced with a shower with a glass between it and the toilet. DETAILS (The budget I'm putting is just a placeholder!) We are in the earliest stages of organising a bathroom renovation. I'm not an expert, so this is a summary of what we want done, pending talking to experts. Summary of scenario (please look at photos) 1. We've bought an apartment on Level 2, with concrete floor underneath (1996 build) 2. There are pipes through the floor from vanity/toilet 3. We want to add a bathtub to this room, and move the vanity to the empty wall that you can't see in the photos OVERALL PLAN 1. Keep shower where it is, replace with new shower fixtures. We'll remove that little wall and make a flat floor. 2. Demo the laundry to create space alongside the far wall 3. Remove vanity and replace with freestanding bathtub (the yellow line in the picture) 4. Keep toilet where it is, replace with new toilet 5. On the empty wall, add a vanity (the green line in the picture) 6. Put an inwall pump to pump waste from vanity 7. Make sure that the waste from vanity is correctly connected into existing pipes. This last bit - adding a vanity, pumping waste - seems to be the most difficult, but we do want to do it. We need a plumber to - Ensure services are disconnected - Do rough-in of new services, inc the pump - We'll then get a plasterer, waterproofer etc. - And then come back and finish off the install of the work We also need someone to help us understand what we need in terms of what to say to the body corp. We take the keys on August 17.
