My apartment needs a fresh coat of paint. It’s a 52sqm one-bedroom apartment in Elizabeth St Melbourne.

Two entertainment units and one desk to be painted white. We will start moving into the apartment on the same day so haven’t seen the units yet, so unsure if they will need lightly sanding first. Happy to purchase paint myself or pay extra for product used.

Grouting,Painting and plaster patch in Melbourne cbd

I need someone with an eye for detail to come in and repair my apartment walls and ceiling. This will require numerous patch jobs in the walls (approx 10 * small anchor holes) + one larger job to repair an existing ceiling plaster patch that was done by me. This patch covers off where an old cosmetic wall connected to the ceiling. It’s approx 7cm wide and about 2.5m long. This will require removing the existing plaster and feathering / fixing the plaster to make flush. Once plaster work is complete - I need all walls and ceilings painted in my small apartment. The painting area is one and half small rooms and I will supply wall and ceiling paint. There will also be the requirement to paint the floor skirting which will be installed - I will provide the o trim paint for this as well. No time wasters please looking for a good punctual person to take this job and do a good job.

We are vacating a property and want to restore the walls including removing the picture hooks and patching and painting the walls. There are mainly simple screws and a few 3m hooks that don't want to come off. One bedroom in Apartment requires need carpet. Dimensions are in the image. I would perfer the new carpet and underlay be supplied and the existing be removed. Some walls and doors in my apartment have scratches which have caused some of the paint to peel off. One wall has a few pieces of wall-safe tape stuck to it which have been very difficult to remove.
