We are after a quote for a small bathroom renovation, as we have been at this house since October 2000, and it is looking a bit tired New walls and floor tiles, new vanity and taps

Bathroom renovation required. Total area will be 4m deep x 2m wide. Floor to ceiling tiles (ceiling height 2.7m) Please offer an estimate cost, and we can adjust after viewing and discussing. Also roughly how long you think this should will take. Mainly the labour work, pulling out a wall to extend the length of the toilet, waterproofing and tiling. Even remove existing tiles, and re-plastering if required. I have a plumber, and can provide all tiles, bathtub, cabinetry and shower screens. (I can install all this too).

Ensuite renovation preparation. Our ensuite is currently 90% demolished. 2/3 of floor tiles remain and need to be removed. House is on raised concrete slab. All walls are rendered block. We are very flexible with dates and times. We require appropriately qualified professional tasker(s) to prepare the ensuite so it is ready for waterproofing & tiler. You must be experienced in this and know what tiler expects. Only highly reputable taskers will be considered. 1. Finish demo of tile floor. 2. Remove ceiling architrave. 3. Necessary Plumbing works to support: - Relocate waterpoint for toilet to accommodate back to wall toilet - Adjust pipe work to be set in the wall for a shower mixer and a single shower fitting (was not mixer before). - Mixer for vanity - Prepare drain for shower, vanity, floor. Waste/drains including toilet will all be in existing positions. 4. Terminate/make safe power switch/outlets. 5. Render walls where tiles have been removed. Finish must be smooth and aligned to existing. 6. Any other items i have missed that you call out! Quality work and good manner will likely be reward with more jobs for the fit out post tiling, and other upcoming jobs we have on our home that we need to complete in the next 3 months. Alternatively, if you have a team/highly reputable partners and do full bathroom renovations you are welcome to quote for the entire job (minus most fixtures, i will source). If you are going to quote this, please provide an option for with and without waterproofing/tiling as we may go with a tiler we are already in discussions with. I am looking for experienced builders and tradespeople to assist with a full renovation of my kitchen and two bathrooms in an apartment in Surry Hills. The project includes a full gutting of both kitchen and bathrooms as well as the removal of a three-sided wall in the kitchen (approx. 3 meters in length) and installing two beams as per an engineer’s report/design. New water membrane in bathroom, cabinetry in kitchen and bathroom, bath, toilet, shower, sinks, tiles, etc to be installed. The layouts will remain the same but entire spaces will be completely re-done. I am open to applications for: 1. Tradesmen for specific specialties (i.e. tilers, demolition) 2. Builders with all trade contacts that can oversee this renovation. 3. Builders that only do things like the wall removal and installation of steal posts. Looking to renovate a bathroom in our apartment. I have bought everything for it (tiles and fixtures) so just looking for someone licensed to do the job. Removal of old bathroom, waterproofing, tiling and installing fixtures. Note that fixture locations are not changing, just switching to more modern ones. Room size is 2.3 x 2.1 x 2.1(h)

Replace Bath tile floor tiles relocate plumbing fixtures from two spindles to a mixer in the ensuite and move the spindles from the left wall to the centre of the new Bath location. Replace both toilets and replace main bathroom with 900 vanity and the ensuite with a 1500 vanity. Prep and sheet all of the walls with the groove lining install short skirt board around floor and a small amount of trim around the corners where the sheets finish the topgrout silicon. How much?
