We are looking to repaint our 1 BR apartment in North Sydney, we've already cleaned the walls, so will just need to tape, prime and paint walls and crown molding. Bedroom, living room and 2 small half walls in the kitchen. Having the floors redone so don't need to paint baseboards or worry too much about taping/tarps. Flexible on the timing but would like to get it done by the end of the week, will obviously need to be done over 2 days to allow coats of paint to dry.

I’m after a rough quote to have my kitchen painted white, tiny kitchen. Would like to leave the bench top natural though. Looking for someone to freshen up and repaint my 2 bedroom apartment (Walls, doors, roof, everything). Can supply my own paint so mainly after labour quotes. Surfaces need to be appropriately cleaned and primed before and possible some filling of cracks (not many). Wooden floorboards must be protected from dripping. If we are able to do line dates up, the apartment will be empty and unfurnished for the job.

Kitchen and laundry need primer. Small balcony floor to be painted too. Limited prep work required. All white. No architraves or skirting, just standard concave cornice. All white. Brand is cost effective but feel free to also quote Dulux Wash and Wear. Need quote tomorrow but don’t need job done until June. Quote must be In-line with prices in the area to be considered. Need to get a new deck sweeped and cleaned with water and possibly soap as construction dust has settled everywhere on it, gaps of deck to be cleaned out of the small trimmings. Adhesive residue to be cleaned off. Basically make the deck and finer details look new.
