Smooth out brick wall using a concrete or line based product

My neighbour and I recently had our gutters replaced and currently have scaffolding set up in our backyard. There are some imperfections in our wall at the rear. We require sanding of a timber floor where a cupboard previously was (2400mm x 500mm), holes in the wall filling in (currently has a temporary fill) and the wall painting white.

Need skirting boards patched up due to dog chewing on corners.

I have some damage to my walls resulting from “removable tape” not being so removable. There are two areas of damage. One long and skinny patch, approx 40cm long. The other larger patch(s), approx 60 cm long and 40 cm deep. I’ve got the paint!
