The blue area is carpeted and does not require drop sheets as we'll be replacing all the carpet once paint job is done. However, drop sheets will be required on non-blue areas. The wood elements are all currently painted with an oil-based paint, and we want to convert it to water-based paint. Please provide an offer for to include the following: • Patching, gap filling, washing down surfaces as required. • Sand all wood elements (trims, architraves, doors, door frames etc) • Supply of material. Paint the Verandah floor in black white pattern. No specific design in mind.

A small hole in a ceiling (from a previous light fitting being there) needs to be patched and painted. Paint colour is likely to be Calcium colour. This hole is close to where our new light fixture is so need to be careful dust and paint doesn't go onto new chandelier type light. Located in Wantirna.
