The job involves filling and repairing cracks in both the walls and exterior, ensuring a smooth finish. Need a painter to refresh the exterior of the front of the house. Just the posts, window frames etc- pretty much all the cream, wooden areas you can see in the photo (not the garage). Paint will be supplied.

Need decking cleaned, some parts need sanding back and Re staining with decking oil. Total area about 50 metres square of which 25 metres square is in mostly good condition. Remaining smaller bits are exposed to weather and are worn in patches.

My house is being prepped for sale. I require someone with appropriate work and safety kit to use high pressure washer to wash all external gutter surfaces. Note this is *not* cleaning inside gutters, but the bottom and front side of each. Slow high pressure and soaping brushes might be needed. Also, cleaning of external roof underneath then gutting....presently a dirty grey. Lastly, washing windows to the house. Some windows are elevated 10 feet off ground. About 10 windows in all....some large some small. This is not a job for ambitious first timers so references needed. I don't want someone who is there to learn, or needs to ask dozens of questions. If you know how to do this job, you know. 2 to 3 hours of solid work should get the job done. Job is needed because roof was recently tidied up, and dirty water and grime have leaked over the edge of the gutters. Have attached some photos. Green texts shows the white roofing underneath gutters which just accumulates grime. Yellow are the windows....most are ground level, but 4 0r 5 are slightly elevated.
