Hang 2 blinds at 1 window and a set of curtains at other window in gyproc ceiling and wall.

I need a professional to remove 2 existing rolling blinds and install curtain rods to my ceiling in lounge. - the ceiling is around 2.5m high and the curtain rail will stretch at around 3.1m across. - I have the rod and the ceiling mount brackets (3 of them needed). It looks like the nails etc. are included in the packet. - I can provide a step ladder however, still need to buy this from Bunnings (I need to buy one anyway). If you have one though, great! - I don’t have the electric tool needed to remove rolling blinds mount and install curtain rods. - flexible with times. I can do Monday or Tuesday 20/21st between 9-5pm.

I have the blinds, but will need the right screws to be supplied for fixture on concrete.

I need someone to install an outdoor awning/blind over a window on the 2nd floor of our terrace house. You will only be able to access the wall from the outside of the building, not from the window.

Check all blinds in our office and repair faulty ones - see attached images of some that are faulty. Please provide detailed invoice for this job after inspecting.
