I live on the ground floor of an apartment complex. For some reason my ground courtyard is the only one missing a door to the communal courtyard. Trying to ascertain the cost of having a tradesperson come cut the stone to create the opening and install a white exterior door.

I have 8 acoustic treatment panels that need to be put up on the wall of my music studio. Installation is fairly easy - they go up via mounting brackets fixed to the wall. I just need someone to help me measure where the brackets need to go and then drill the brackets into the wall. See attached for photos of a single panel, and the mounting brackets.

Need bottom of door shaved to fit rug and install a mirror to a false wall. Prefer a Monday (available this Monday till 2pm if ok) or next Monday or my hubby will do attempt to put up mirror and make I’d rather save him the trouble. These are the jobs. 1 mirror 120x80cm approx 8kg mounted onto a concrete wall. Replace kitchen tap (mix tap)- will need to cut out a small panel of a kitchen cabinet to access bottom of the tap. I’ve included photos, photo with rectangle hole is our neighbour’s who had to cut this out to access the bottom of the tap. The other 2 photos are of our tap and kitchen bench. Mount a 50 inch tv onto a concrete wall. I live in Alexandria and we’d like it done asap as kitchen tap is a major issue.

I need somebody to hang these strip hooks ( from ikea) on an apartment wall. Also a laundry hanger. Also some other screw hooks. See photos. Will need stud finder as they’ll likely have to go into the studs.

I have a render on canvas piece of art I'd like to hang on the wall above the bed. Since it's heavy (7KG) and above a bed I need someone who can secure it very well! I'll need someone to bring the hooks, plugs, screws, leveller as well as the drill (+bits) to get into the wall. I'm in an apartment and it's an interior wall so I'm guessing it's a concrete wall but not 100% sure. Rough details: 124x92cm (wxh) 3-3.2cm (d) 7KG
