I think the machine filter is blocked, so it won't drain, rinse or spin properly. We have tried draining it and unscrewing/pulling out the plug at the bottom right of the machine (as seen in youtube videos!), but it appears jammed and won't budge.
Next day service, machine fixed - absolutely straightforward. Thanks Tim!
