Pergola and carport repair. I have multiple beams and one post of my pergola that have wood rot and need to be replaced. 1 - Corner post 2.4m 2 - Beam (two combined 6.8m x .19m) 3 - Beam 3.3mx .19m (holds gutter) All these join in one corner which is here the rot is occurring. I also have a full beam (aesthetic) and two other areas of beams on the carport/garage that are rotted and need to be replaced and repaired. 4 - Beam at back of garage 4.6mx .22 (aesthetic) so could just be removed but if prefer replaced 5/6 - Two other sections that are damaged, one connected to the beam above and a seperate one.

We require someone to construct a 4m x 5m approx gable roof shed from Best Sheds, including installation of gutters, two windows, a personal access door and a roller door. The shed is to be constructed on an existing concrete slab.

Installation of Stratco Handipod HP1 with some shelves and corner shelves. Shed is approx 2.2 metres width by 1.4 metres depth. I am wanting to improve the drainage around our new pergola. I need a hole dug 1m wide by 60cm deep around three sides of our pergola which is 6x6m plus a small second section approx 2x2m. I’ll also want you to check for underground pipes etc. Would be great to have it done in the next week or two. Thank you

There is some work going on the unit above me. I would like a builder to do a physical examination of the wall and ceiling and advise if the above work will not damage my ceiling or internal walls in my apartment. If it can then I will please need a solution for this

There is a dead bird (because of the recent storm) on the pergola that needs to be removed. The pergola needs to be accessed through a ladder.

Need a brick mailbox built pls - have mailbox and bricks. Need slab, cement and expertise!! Mailbox size needs to be slightly extended. I have the parts. Anyone keen to do this pls

I need to assemble a garden shed 6x8.

I have a weird fireplace is my house, I'm gonna leave the chimney but I'd like to remove the wider base layer of bricks visible in the photo, I just want to know if they're holding anything up/if there load bearing/ or if I can swing away.
