Handyman/carpentry/construction-prep job. We have a wooden pergola with 4 90x90mm columns. These are holding up the pergola on one side (the other side is attached to our house roof). The job is to remove the columns and temporarily prop up the pergola In preparation for concreting works (slab and retaining wall) directly beneath the pergola. The supports need to be at an angle so that the concreting works don’t have anything in their way. The removed columns can be reused as supports if required. After concreting works are done, fresh columns will be installed into the concrete retaining wall (can be a separate job). Happy to provide additional lumber and lend a hand during the job.

Hi : I have recently noticed a slight water leak on the right side of driveway in frontyard. I think it is originating from tap in frontyard but would need checking where exactly is leak from and fixing it. If from tap then this price includes cost of replacing tap and tap pipe.

Driveway is already pressure washed. Need it painted Monument Grey. Under patio is not pressure washed but needs pressure wash and paint. The wall behind the main door has a small hole that needs to be filled. See last photo. Inside the house, need a wall behind fridge painted, and a coupe of walls in the closet painted white (Dulux Vivid White) Job needs to be done 5 September. Hi, Need to get rid of a weirdly installed old "skylight" frame on top of a pergola and replace it with Colorbond steel sheets that align with the rest of the roofing of the pergola.
