We are buying a small Stratco shed (around 2 m x 2 m) and looking to get this installed, including concrete floor.

I would like an experienced tradesmen to build a pergola on my front balcony.

I currently have a sail on my pergola. We would like this removed and new polycarbonate sheets to be installed instead. Ideally we would like this to be done by next Wednesday. The polycarbonate roof has been delivered. The structure needs added timber battens. I do not have them. Could you please include this in your offer? See photos. Thank you

I need someone to climb a ladder and reinstall my rectangular shade sail over my pergola. I take it down every winter and put it up in summer. The job takes 30 minutes. It involves sliding the shade sail along a channel in a rod already mounted on one side of the pergola, then doing up existing clips around the other three sides of the shade sail. I have a suitable ladder. No tools are required. Photo shows the folded shade sail sitting on the deck to the right. I can remove the pot plants in the way before you arrive if that's helpful.

You will however, have to supply your own tools (digger...etc) Looking for 4 things done: Repaving and tidying of our driveway (red granite) Fix or assist me in fixing a broken drainage pipe (seen in pics) Timber screening to cover air conditioning units Replacing about 10 brick pavers edging that were separating the driveway and yard but were removed for plumbing.. Details: 1) We had some construction here which ruined half our driveway. We need someone to remove a layer of dirt (10cm?) and replace it with new red granite. The area is around 105sqm. There are drainage channels and concrete that would need to be preserved and remain level with the new granite. This would involve brushing cement in and anything you’d suggest for durability. 2)As you can see in some of the photos, one of the drainage pipes was cracked/or unsealed during works. The angle is now a bit off and it doesn’t quite connect. During your excavating it would be good to reveal this pipe more so that it can all be glued back together slightly deeper. I have the PVC pipe bits needed and don’t mind doing some gluing myself but I would need it dug up (and with my schedule it might be easier for you to just do the gluing) 3) Timber screening to cover air conditioning units. In an L shape. See 3D drawings. Dimensions are around: 3.75m wide by 1m depth and 1.8-2.4m height depending on how much it will slope (harder for me to measure). We aren’t married to the design, but we want it to look clean. About 10 pavers (likley just the classic bunnings ones) edging came out (all in a row) and need to be replaced and concreted in when doing the granite We are open to some changes but this should give you a good idea of what we’re after.

Hello, We have a double door on the driveway. The screw from the door hinge (denoted as '1' on the attachment) on one of the doors has come off as a result the door is not held in position when it's closing. I need this to be replaced and the door secured. Need costing for the supply and install of the part and ensure that the door operates smoothly.

EasyShed Assembly. Gable roof shed, 3m x 2.25. We have completed about 80% of the build, but are running out of time to complete due to work and need it done by this weekend to be spray painted. Do not need it anchored.

A small section of my plastic pergola roof has come loose with the recent high winds. It needs to be tucked under the ledge and stuck down with a bit of glue. Towels are there to cushion the noise of it flapping in the wind.

We have a small amount of paving that has moved due to the old concrete edge breaking. I need the paving reset and a new concrete edge to lock them back in.
