Remove the patio roof as per pics. It's about 10m2 and is attached to house on one side and a fence on other. The horizontal wood work running along the top of the brick fence is staying. We just need the patio roof attached to it removed. Patio is about 25m from road with easy access. Job to also include taking patio to tip as well the rubbish on the driveway. Flexible with when it's done in the next week or so but asap is preferred thanks. The job involves concreting a driveway measuring 14m long, width is between 4m at the street front to 8m at the house so roughly 85-90 m². The ground is being levelled this Saturday to allow a 100mm slab. Contractor will supply and install plain grey concrete, boxing/formwork, reinforcing mesh, etc. Easy access. Located Benowa.
