Fix pergola motor that is broken

The motor for the pergola louvres is only slightly opening them about 20%. It can close easily but not open. The batteries have been replaced for the remote and it didn’t make a difference. It is about 8 years old

Looking for someone to help build a shed (will use as home office) from start to finish. Less than 10sqm total. Two doors, no windows. Flooring, framing, cladding, roof, will have insulation and drywall add at some point. Have some materials but job is to complete the whole job including materials.

New bath room works were completed at my house approximately 3 years ago. Recently, some of the grout between the tiles in the shower base have cracked which has caused the shower to leak. Recommended a complete step-by-step repair methodology (including hold points for inspection and licensed trades required) 4. Provide commentary on future impacts if the repair is not carried out in full.

Need a draft sealer installed on a double door. I have the seal but it needs to be cut to the right size, and installed. There is a seal in place (see second picture) that needs to be removed

the concrete needs to be ground down by 10mm . the area is 400mmX1600mm.

We need to cut the hedge along the driveway. The job includes the cutting and removing all cut down branches. .
