There is an existing pergola which I need to be restored or removed. If it is removed I need a new one installed. The pergola is about 3x2m in size.

I need someone to demolish this shower base, including the concrete pad underneath, so that I can reposition the plumbing. You will likely need to supply your own concrete or demo saw given there’s probably rebar involved. I do have a jackhammer and a rotary hammer drill here. Tiles will be removed before you get here.

Need to demolish Roman bath in our bathroom. We did most of it, it’s just the last part which we need help with. Probably would need d jackhammer? And potentially remove floor tiling. Attached is a photo of how it is so far.

1. Our 4.6 x 6 m patio roof requires multi wall roof cladding replaced. Rafters are steel and structure is very sound. Most likely will require flashing from house gutter. 2. Happy to pay good rates if possible to do it in next 1-2 weeks. Job details below: Paving install job for outdoor patio area approx 35sqm. Would need approx 6sqm of concrete removed (have a skip bin). Have pavers ready - urbanstone 600x400x30. A couple of fiddly bits around drain pipes otherwise pretty straightforward area. Urgent requirement if possible.

Need a quick driveway repair using a high build repair material for the sunken areas and a smoothing material to cover the 4 affected slabs.
