Pergola Roof is leaking needs to be fixed

The roof is colorbond. There has been no issues for past 12 years however recent heavy rains have started to form water damp patches on ceiling. We suspect the screws maybe rusted and water maybe leaking through it. This needs to be checked and fixed. The area of the roof is about 30 sqms. Some photos attached to help.
