I need a professional builder to remove 2 walls, one requires a beam to be installed, and another one doesn’t require a beam. Attached photos for reference. First photo is the one which doesn’t require a beam and last 3 photos are the wall which require beam and then remove the wall. Engineering drawings will be available for the beam. Need to rebuild a retaining wall which was collapsed during the recent rain event. Looking for someone who is available asap to do this job. Retaining wall is around 10 linear meters and then there is a fence sitting on top of it. Depth at deep end (as seen in the photos) is 1 metre and they keep reducing by a sleeper as goes up 10m. Looking for some one who can rebuild the retaining wall or may be proper block wall along with fence on top. This is a tenanted property so that I am looking for someone asap. I am negotiable on price.

We've recently created a driveway extension which has uneven edges with the main driveway.
