Build an internal wall in a shed to create a kids games room. The shed is a steel machinery shed with concrete floor. The internal wall meets the roof at a steel beam. I noticed during the colder months, the steel beam where I want to attach the top of the internal wall can drip condensation. This is why I need a builder who can advise on addressing this issue (otherwise I’d just stand up an internal stud wall myself). The top of the roof has a small gap (presumably for airflow) so one solution might be to seal that and install vents instead to address the condensation.

It is a stock standard little garden shed. I believe that it is about 1.5m long and 1.2 meters deep. So not very big. I have the written instructions digitally and I am sure in the box these will be printed also. We have the concrete rebated, ready to go.
