I would like to demolish two bathrooms which are under 15sqm, and have been concreted to the balcony. I'd like to revert the balcony back to it's original state/levelled balcony. This would require cutting the concrete instead of using a jackhammer to avoid splitting the balcony Feel free to provide your own quote.

Two bathrooms exist on the balcony and require removal, they are under 15sqm each. There may be an additional demolition of two other bathrooms depending on how well the original is done.
