Have new Easyshed being prepared to be shipped out so need someone booked to build for me and likely to be in next 2 weeks. It’s 1.5m x 3.75m x 2.1m (h) and had a door on each end plus some internal extras like shovel holders etc.

Demo a bathroom including removal of shower, toilet, vanity, floor and wall tiles, other hanging accessories. Pull up and remove carpet and skirting boards. It’s 2 bed 78sqm. Also removal of all debris off site.

I need a shed built that I have purchased from Easyshed. Dimensions are approx 3.6m L x 2.6m W x 2.7m H. Steel frame, Colorbond exterior, rear single door, front roller door. Includes all fixings and flashings. I have all engineering plans that I can share over email (they are PDF) that detail every fixing point, etc. Will be built in between fence and house wall and fixed to existing concrete slab driveway. May require slight adjustment to steel column bracket footings to ensure structure is level (driveway will have very slight run-off for water drainage). Air conditioner (pictured) has already been removed. Installer MUST have experience installing steel-framed sheds (this is not a general handyman task).

Looking for someone to demolition rear shed and garage(including brick wall)

Section of back fence replaced plus pergola needs major repair

Major pergola repair, replace small section of back fence, replace and paint low half of 1 downpipe and sealing of gutters alond BACK section to stop leaking. My place is a 2 bedroom unit, one level.

I’ve done them myself like 4 times now and my OCD is kicking in because they’re not straight. I give up! Please redo them for me as they will be up permanently. Pergola is high (3m). I suggest bringing your own ladder is mine is barely tall enough. Picture shows the mess I’ve made (using existing hooks). Really, they need to be taken down, the hooks straightened up and then the lights rehung. I want them along all the lines shown in pink.

I have two white rendered walls that I need built up to the adjacent existing levels of surroundings. Dimensions are: Wall 1 - 2m width - 4 brick height and this will be double skin Wall 2 - 7.5m width - 6 brick height at the highest point. It will then require 5 brick height, 4 brick height and 3 brick height to build to the top point. This will be single skin. See images of existing walls. Bricks will be laid to highest point/gutter

Looking for someone to install 4x timber posts and then a beam to a feature wall that has been installed. This is to replace the poles I installed in the picture. No requirement for any roofing is needed as I'll leave it all open space like the example picture.
