Find an experienced builder in Maroochydore

I need a floor plan drawn for house renovations (bathrooms, demolition) and additions (decks, carport) to DA level for a Certifier and engineer for approval.

I am seeking a builder or building inspector to assist us with a pre-settlement inspection of a new build apartment. A pre-settlement inspection is booked for 2.00pm, Tuesday 24 Sep 24. This is NOT flexible. The apartment inspection is part of a new build. The project is nearing completion and the Project Manager has invited us to do a pre-settlement inspection. As a guide, here are the principal areas that we believe an experienced builder can assist us with, as a minimum, that we would like covered by the builder and noted in a written report to the owners. 1. Timber retaining wall for garden needed

Disassemble shed panels and roof at Forest Glen. 3m x 2.25m Move to Maroochydore. Reassemble on concrete slab. Must supply tools and transport. (May need a second person to help)

Timber under the clear perspex has rotten, so need that replaced and another panel also. Easy access, already have the timber but I will need to purchase the roof panel.

Hi, we are wanting to extend our house, we need plans drafted for the council. We would like a 13m x 5.5m extension, 500mm high off the ground on a sub floor. The majority of this space is to be a open planned living/ lounge room, but include a small bathroom and study. With a skillion roof over the top. Need a wall put up in office space and to run plumbing from another point further down.

We have purchased a small Balinese hut… the pitched roof has been taken down ready for transport. The main posts and cross beams will need to be taken down and transported from Twin Waters to Maroochydore. (5mins away) The hut is 2m x 2m and is not concreted in. It’s just sitting on top of the ground.

Outside of building and Roof needs good gurney. Large area. Deck balustrades, roof, pavers, outdoor steps. Prob be 6-8hr job.

7x8x3m insulated panel shed on 3m stilts and platform. Skillion roof. 2 sliding doors. 4 windows. Stringer stairs. I have everything except a builder, glass supies and completed engineering. I have some material, soil test, overlays and building certifier on board. This is in partnership with a charity organisation in Landsborough.
