Find an experienced builder in Mentone

My neighbour's NBN HFC cable is running across my driveway. We need a licensed NBN contractor to relocate this cable out of my driveway (preferably doing mid span, so that the cable run along the street and turn directly to his property).

We want to remove existing verandah as seen in photo and install a new flat roof, timber pergola to cover deck. Deck is 9x3.5m. Quote for frame only, no cover or plumbing required.

Need fence over a double-car space driveway repaired so can be opened with ease. Getting stuck all the time on uneven pavers. Will need partial replacement of rotted timber where is applicable. - Due date: Flexible

We had a big plumbing job done in the front yard, digging a three meter hole to fix some broken pipes down there. Now there is a 1.5m*2.5m hole on the driveway. Soil is put back but not solid enough to drive on. Need to repair this. I’ve done my research and here is what we have been told - There may not be this kind of stamp any more, but we can draw lines to match the original pattern. Also we can repaint the whole driveway to make this area look the same as the rest. The concrete is not exposed aggregate but it look like one because it got exposed after 50 years of wear and tear. - Due date: Flexible

Width is 15m all up in Mentone Main road so need 1.8-2m high Want a nice looking timber picket style fence to be painted. Pickets close together for privacy. Modern straight look. Could buy roller gate machine from eBay but want the rest of materials to be supplied Ready to commence in 1 week but also flexible with start time. Thanks!

Looking to get someone for a couple of jobs before Christmas in my new house, get keys the 8th Dec. 1. Fix fence and add lattice 2. New pavers down in courtyard 3. Build pergola (roughly 4m x 3m) *** Will be more work in the new year and looking to fit new kitchen, laundry and change around floor plan in kitchen/lounge/ laundry and new wooden floors. Happy to look at a price for the lot, daily rate, hourly rate or whatever works best for you. I have taken up an old concrete patio and want a brick patio laid. I have the bricks (some old clinker bricks) from a chimney and garden wall I knocked down. The area is about twenty square metres. I need some one to prepare the uneven ground by adding sand, weed membrane etc. I think if I did it myself I would find it difficult getting it perfectly flat. - Due date: Flexible

Need a builder to provide an opinion on what we can renovate and what we can’t. E.g this wall can be removed and that wall can’t be removed because of this reason. Also a rough estimate to do the renovation. It’s one hour job.
