Construct a concrete slab for a 1.5 x 1.5m garden shed. Install 1.5 x 1.5 m x 1.97 gable roof garden shed Previously a shed (since removed) was on the site on a floor with U shaped concrete border inlaid with bricks - (1.5 x 1.5m) Remove and dispose of loose bricks and concrete edging. New shed to go on old shed site. Old shed is gone.

Assemble shed and secure to back fence

I paint the fascia board and window frame regularly but the second storey one is hard to reach as it is over the pergola. Some of the pergola covering may have to removed to put the ladder through. Also may need to replace some timber which I will purchase.

Painting the back fascia board and possibly replacing some rotten wood. Access may be gained by removing the pergola frames and putting a ladder through .

Need to paint new pergola and some part of the new decking . Pergola is 3 metres tall and 2 boxes on the left hand side are 3100x800x600

To put together a pergola kit

Need a building surveyor to inspect a new pergola (rectangular, 5m x 3. 6m, flat roof and attached to an existing house) and issue a compliance certificate. The older house plan is available. Please give your quote to issue a building permit or certification of the pergola.

I purchased my shed from Easyshed and it was installed by someone who said they had experience putting up sheds but it was not completed correctly. I need someone to look at and adjust the areas that need adjusting. I am looking for someone who knows they can do the job effectively.
