I need a certified builder to advise me if a panty is safe to remove or it’s a load bearing wall in the house. 99% sure it’s not but best leave it to a professional to decide. Also tell me is some creaking floorboards are normal and what could be done about them.

Have a leak in the roof of my pergola, right near a downpipe, will need it repaired and sealed up to stop water from leaking onto my deck.
Matt fixed up a leak caused by some blocked gutters, also gave advice on how to prevent it happening again. Would definitely recommend.
