There are one or two walls that we need to remove inside the house (Wall N.1 and N.2 in the photo). The size of the wall is around 5 meters, and I do not think there is any load on the wall, but it is the builder's responsibility to confirm this. - Due date: Before Sunday, 31 December 2023

Have a louvre roof pergola which needs to be installed. Already have the kit. One side to be attached to house : using fascia brackets and other side has supporting posts. 6x2m.

Fix to existing timber structure with galvanized roof sheeting screws. Pergola dimensions are 2.4m x 3.9m. Fall along 2.4 length. Rafters approx 800 cntrs. Pegola adjoins house and rain drips where gutter meets pergola. Issue needs to be resolved. Probably needs new flashing. Gutter was recently cleaned so tha not the issue.
