Hi There, we have a balcony on level 1 of our house and have decided to have a pergola to cover it. We need a draftsman to draw the pergola on plan as per Monash council requirements. I will then submit to council for approval. If there are any modifications required from Council, we need to revisit and modify the plans accordingly. Balcony size is roughly 5.9m x 2.8m. The driveway drain is connected to the main road pipeline which is recently got cleaned to the blockage at the intersection nearby. Need someone with the camera to find the blockage and remove the blockage. The road is about 4m away from the drive way drain, the pipeline is about 3m or 4m underground.
