MATERIALS: All materials will be ready on site for install. (May require guidance on specific nails, dyna bolts etc.) Timber posts and slats will need to be slightly cut to length. EQUIPMENT: Must have your own equipment. Saw, drill etc Garage and outdoor area is accessible for materials and cutting etc STEP 1. Build a timber (treated pine) frame as per diagram/instructions attached. (Timber Posts Size 75x50) Length to be cut to size. STEP 2. Attach timber slats to frame vertically to create a screen. Total amount of timber slats is approx only, pending on final width of timber and how big the gaps will be between each slat. (Maybe Up to 20 slats) Length of wood to be trimmed to size approx 3m. STEP 3. Attach completed frame with slats to pergola. Right side mount to wood post. Left side dyna bolt to brick wall.

Complete strip out of ceiling (including plaster) and waste removal

Concrete area 9.7x 4.6 minus the shed. Plus small area near toilet pictured. Need a quote for exposed aggregate, and concrete with grey tint.

Need a pergola roof installed onto existing structure attached to townhouse. I have sourced a roof, gutters, drain pipe (yet to be purchased but secured). The existing structure will need modification to ensure the roof is on 5 degree angle (photos exist of neighbours roof as example). Cracked driveway requires cement filling and respray

I am using Breeze Blocks to build a small brick feature wall. 4 Bricks wide and 6 Bricks tall.

One hinge on each side of timber driveway gates is broken and needs repair or replacing. Heavy duty hinges required as gates are heavy and are on wheels. The other two hinges may need replacing as well as previous repairer did not use heavy duty hinges. A couple of palings also need to be re-attached to steel frame.

The driveway crossover is cracked on both sides. We would like to have it repaired sometime in the next few months. The driveway is 11ft x 7ft (see rough illustration for my measurement area). I do not know what this might cost so please ignore the 'budget'. Quotes for pricing would be much appreciated.
