Repair patio ceiling lining The carpenter must be QLD licenced and experienced in this type of work. Description as per my building inspector's report: The upper end of the patio roof has not been fitted with a weather flashing and moisture has been leaking through the open ends of the roof sheeting. Wood decay has damaged sections of the framing and the timber battens to the patio ceiling lining. A metal weather flashing needs to be installed. Sections of the patio ceiling lining and timber battens need repairing and re-securing. A licensed carpentry contractor should be consulted for rectification options and costs.

We have a shed assembly to be done , we have all plans to see before the job.

Concrete sides of driveway. It’s already dug out pretty much. It needs minimal steel for the concrete (car shouldn’t be driving on it really) and form work for the narrow side against colour bond fence. Colour bond fence side is 39mtrs by average 400mm wide. Other side is 25mtrs by average 700mm wide. Trying to make slab as thin as possible looks like around 80mm thick. I would like it done asap. Let me know price you think it’s worth

Lay some gravel and concrete pavers for small Easyshed + shed assembly. I have the shed already. Just need the Tasker to grab the gravel and concrete pavers from Bunnings which I can pre-order. 👍 (Shed is 2.25m x 3m.)

Remove patio doors and replace with a pair of French doors. The doors are pre-owned and I have the original frame. Space slightly larger than doors and frame but happy for packing out 10cm on each side width. Vertical space of doors and frame is fine. I’ve no idea what amount to offer so please bear that in mind when considering interest in my task as you’ll need to give a quote on inspection onsite. Thanks.

Hello fellow Airtaskers! I am needing someone to finish painting my pergola. I got a start on it as you can see in the pictures but then remembered how much I hate painting so I’m looking for someone else to finish it off. Professional not required. Is a rough job so I’m happy for a DIYer to come along and knock it out. Going from white to black. Paint, brushes, rollers etc all supplied. I have a stepping stool but someone 6ft and above is probably best unless you have your own mini ladder to bring. The parts I need painted is just the timber that is white. (Underside of roof not being painted) I will pay an hourly rate or $35 which we can work out once the job is complete. Max of 5 hours and I’ll pay you a minimum of 3 hours if you knock the job out super quick. For reference, the whole front part you can see that I have already painted took me an hour.
