I have a second hand patio purchased and disassembled from another property and required council approval to reconstruct it next to my current patio. A new wall will also need to be built.

We are adapting a 4 bed, 2 bath plus study house into a “dual key” residence of 2 smaller “apartments”, each with 1 bed, 1 bath and study. (One of the larger bedrooms becomes a kitchen/living space) We need a draftsman to draw up the details of this small plan for a builder to follow. 1. Break through brick wall to install a new “front” door for the rear apartment. Adjust roofline to enable this to work and create a small verandah. 2. Remove an existing window and replace with a double door opening to the outside by removing brickwork below window. 3. Install a (soundproof) door in the hallway to create the internal separation of the apartments. 4. Build a wall on the shared verandah to seperate this shared space. This wall to include sliding pocket doors and to be insulated for sound proofing. It would be great if you could visit site and provide advice and guidance. We have the original drawings of the building. Please advise on your rates for this type of work.

I have a wall that needs to be cut then removed. If you see the photos you can see both sides and I have put lines where the cut needs to happen. I will remove the gate and clothes line before the project starts. The bricks and rubble can stay though however they do need to be put into a pile so we still have access to the backyard. Addtionally I need a 4m x 3m shed removed. Have a look at the photos as you will see on the inside it is cemented in, so either the cement needs to be broken / cut in order to get the walls out BUT I am open to suggestions. There will be a smaller shed going in its place though but about half the size. Lastly there is some concrete that needs to be cut that is about 8-9cm thick in places, I would say only about 2m worth of cuts. For context we are getting a pool put in and have organised a bob cat to remove all the rubble and rip up the backyard.

Off the wall easy shed. Walls have been put together separately. Door needs installing and then assembling all walls together and attaching to wall.

Need to knock down existing mailbox and rebuild. needs to be slightly smaller, with cement border and waterproofed. 1m high, 60cm wide, 78 cm deep. - Due date: To be completed before end of January 2025.

We’ve installed the panels and door for our Easyshed 1.5mx3mx2.1 Skillion roof. Just need someone or someone’s to assemble the 4x shed panels and roof together, then fix to the concrete slab. It’s located behind a larger shed so 2x people may be required to assemble on the grass then move into the location as it’s between an existing shed and boundary fence

I have a 1.5M X 5.2M X 2M shed that I bought through Bunnings. It is a 'buildashed.com.au'. It is flat backed and needs to be assembled. Pictures attached.
