I have a steel pergola onsite which needs assembly. It is 6 M x 4M with motorised louvres. It comes from a company called Alunotec. I have the manuals and can send through more links if this job is of interest. The structure needs to go into newly laid outdoor porcelain tiles. Photos are shown below of both the crates they have arrived in, the dwg drawing, the location of assembly and also a video of a different branded but identical product. The actual (not that they would be that different) along with all manuals will be supplied on task. Ladders available onsite. Ceiling fan light to be installed brand new. Model Tahitian 132cm Fan in Off White with Off White Blades from beacon light See photo of pergola of installation area. I have a small bathroom that needs to be demolished everything has been taken out Including bath just need tiles to be removed and a cement bed . I have a trailer ready to be filled all you need is a small jack hammer to finish the job. One wall of tiles has been done will update photo shortly. Trailer is close only a few meters away from the bathroom so you’re not carrying the rubble far. House as 3 step to the trailer. Bathroom is only in the next room from photo posted. There is more work when win the job as in kitchen tiles again everything has been taken out only a few tiles that need to be removed. Bathroom floor will not be removed
