Hi, I recently purchased an aluminium framed pergola with a customised shape & size (3.655m x 4.928m), freestanding, with an electric louvre system and LED lights. I’m looking for someone with experience installing similar pergolas. Job details: • Assemble and install the pergola: there are 5 posts of different heights – two to be fixed onto the concrete surface with anchor bolts and three to be embedded with concrete on the lawn (with 0.7m – 1m depth underground as the posts were cut to fit these depths), please see details in the pictures I provided • Install electric curtains on three sides • Ensure everything is properly secured and functioning I have a manual/design booklet and a video to share for guidance on where and how to install the product. I want to install a pergola & 2 window awnings from Bunnings. I need a certified builder with Class 2 license. The appartament is on top level (4th level) strata managed apartment. You will need to have appropriate insurances and certifications needed for above the ground works. We will supply the pergola & awnings and will take care of the strata application.

My concrete driveway is broken at the edges. Need to get it fixed. Possibly widen it a bit on one side. Length is 20 m and width is 2 m. Give me a good offer.

I have a small bathroom that needs to be demolished everything has been taken out Including bath just need tiles to be removed and a cement bed . I have a trailer ready to be filled all you need is a small jack hammer to finish the job. One wall of tiles has been done will update photo shortly. Trailer is close only a few meters away from the bathroom so you’re not carrying the rubble far. House as 3 step to the trailer. Bathroom is only in the next room from photo posted. There is more work when win the job as in kitchen tiles again everything has been taken out only a few tiles that need to be removed. Bathroom floor will not be removed

I need 2 internal walls built in an upstairs unit. Wall 1 - 2.7m wide x 2.1m high with door Wall 2 - 2.2m wide x 2.1m high Fully framed and lined with plasterboard and acoustic insulation in the cavity. No need for conduit runs or power outlets. No need for painting. I can supply materials after consultation with successful airtasker :) The floor is tiled so will need to be protected (no fixing through the floor) masonry walls on either side of the openings to fix into.
