Sealing of a slightly split roof panel, repair of some cladding surrounding a wooden post and possible repair of slight wood decay in the same vicinity as the cladding.

Single oil stain on paved driveway needs to be treated/cleaned. Approx build up over 8 months. Stain is less than .5 Sq metre. I understand from research it may not disappear completely but some reduction in colour would be good. I am leaving a rental property.
