I'll have a project builder building my house soon. They require me to build 3x retaining wall (1 before cut & fill, 2 after) and they have to be certified. Please see the site plan for the location and specifications of the walls.

Retaining Wall required to be built along the driveway between us and our neighbour. Wall is 5 Meters long. It’s about 95cm height at the footpath end and 36cm at the top end. I also need to put a post against the neighbors front brick wall. Open to ideas. You would have to provide everything for the job including the materials. The old concrete has dropped on the ground next to the wall and that would need to be taken away as well.

Fix/replace two side driveway stairs Job is to fix two side driveway steps going up to the house. Timber has wood, rot, and bricks steps have become uneven. I guess cementing the bricks level and replace timber frame also to add on the right hand side steps, a timber handrail going up the driveway along the hedge.

Pergola wood post has water damage. Rotted on the inside would need inspection and fixing or replacing by Carpenter
