If you demolish the smokehouse, its brick walls serve as a wall to the neighbour, I 'd appreciate it if you could put something up to serve as a boundary between me and the neighbour. You are welcome to damage the surrounding concrete, since it will need to be removed and resurfaced later down the road. And you should have clear way down the driveway to the garage without anything overhanging.
