Hey, I need this driveway patched up so it looks “ok” for re-sale of property. I’m not looking for rebuild of driveway. Just fill in some missing sections with ready-mix concrete and smooth over so that most of the cracks and missing sections are hidden. Focus on the damaged section on left side of driveway in photo and the main cracks. I’m not expecting it to look like a perfect drive way upon completion. It’s approximately 20 meters long and I’m just wanting someone to spend a few hours fixing up as best they can. I will be applying concrete paint coating myself upon completion to hide colour imperfections

I want to rebuild a small shed around a outdoor toilet I have in the backyard. I knocked it down recently. Size was 152cm long, 95cm wide and 210cm high. Don’t want to rebuild a slab/do any new plumbing work, just want 4 walls, a roof, and a door. Any material is fine, want to keep it as low cost as possible. Driveway gate needed between brick house and wood side fence. Wooden picket gate similar to existing front fence (see photo). With swivel casters wheels to assist with opening/closing and key lock. Someone to come out measure and quote drafting job for steps and landing to front entrance of house that require replacement. Raised entry of 7 steps plus landing and railings. Construction will be of steel with brick and concrete to finish. If successful Plans will need to be submitted for council building permit.
