I need handrails installed next to my back concrete steps. I'd like someone who can advise me on materials to buy, and supervise me doing the work. I've watched tutorials but haven't done similar work.

Based in Sunshine West, we wish to extend an elevated deck adjoining our property. Existing deck is 1.8m high, and about 1.5 by 2.5m; we wish to double or triple the extent of the deck. At this stage we are interested to engage either a draftsperson to start the process, or a drafter/builder who can go through the process from beginning to end. An amendment to planning scheme will be required (we are on a strata property with covenant) and building permit.
