Looking for experienced builder / waterproofer / tiler / floorer. Fixed price including all materials and labor. We have a room (approx 5 x 6 m) build on concrete slab that has a waterproofing issue. Water is seeping through slab or from side of slab and causing damage to the wood floor. Wood floor is direct stick to ardit levelled and waterpoofed slab. The scope is to remove the wood floor, cut appropriate drainage channels into the slab, re-waterproof and lay new floor on top. New floor either tiles or wood on battens with airgap to allow any future water to drainout without damaging floor. Final price can be agreed after site visit.

To bolt to a concrete wall a 10 KMH sign approx 8M from ground, To spray paint in yellow paint on the entry of the concrete driveway and through out the complex, where the concrete are different levels. I have the yellow spray paint, the sign, the masking tape. You will a need a ladder and approx 1-2 hours. I estimate there are 6 levels which will need spray painting

Building a frame on site. Just a simple Fram using wood. Then we would need it cement sheeted and tiled. Tiles will be provided but that is is. A qualified carpenter only please. Counter would be 1m tall. 4m long 1m deep. One side we would need a full length shelf to hold the till and customer bags. 20cm shelf Only open on one side.
