Hi, I want to build a wall that's around 2.5m×2m in office building. how much would it cost? And how long would it take?

Extend the existing ground floor bathroom with subfloor by extending existing brick walls with new internal walls and door frame. New walls highlighted yellow.

Building a frame on site. Just a simple Fram using wood. Then we would need it cement sheeted and tiled. Tiles will be provided but that is is. A qualified carpenter only please. Counter would be 1m tall. 4m long 1m deep. One side we would need a full length shelf to hold the till and customer bags. 20cm shelf Only open on one side. Would need to be done on the 11th of November.

Following cable installation across an internal driveway, the gap needs to be filled with quality quickset cement, and finished neatly to match the adjacent concrete. Width of gap approx 100mm, depth approx 100mm. Driveway approx 1.8m.

I would like a pair of colourbond gates brown in colour to replace the existing gates. The first pic shows what is currently there and the second pic is an idea of how I would like it to look. I believe it is possible to reuse the current steel frame to hinge the doors on Gates to have a lock fitted Dimensions are approx 1.8m high and width 2.72m

I’m looking for a qualified joiner / carpenter to design and build install recess unit for electric fireplace with TV above it. Fireplace is 1300mm wide and 192mm deep (recess will be slightly deeper). This is being installed in an apartment, on wall and has power ready for install. Replace 4 old hinges with 4 new suppied hinges on driveway gates. The new hinges are larger than the old hinges so new holes need to be drilled into the wood I am available to assist if needed and amavailable on Wednesdays and Fridays
