I have a steel pergola onsite which needs assembly. It is 6 M x 4M with motorised louvres. It comes from a company called Alunotec. I have the manuals and can send through more links if this job is of interest. The structure needs to go into newly laid outdoor porcelain tiles. Photos are shown below of both the crates they have arrived in, the dwg drawing, the location of assembly and also a video of a different branded but identical product. The actual (not that they would be that different) along with all manuals will be supplied on task. Ladders available onsite. Got a stratco shed that needs assembling. Preferably this weekend if possible. Concrete slab will be poured Friday for it. It’s in the backyard all flat ground and easy access.

I have started a DIY project - build concrete stairs up on the side of the house. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to complete the job. Required: Remove some soil to make room for the steps. Pour 4-5 steps. Pave the whole 9 steps with brick.

Need a tiler to lay travertine cobblestone pavers on driveway (100mm x100mm). Driveway is approx 27sqm. Also to help with crazy pave walkway (approx 7sqm). New concrete will be poured in prep on 18th nov so ideally the job would start the week of 25 November (or before mid dec) Would prefer if you can supply the pavers (but happy to do this) Location in collaroy plateau. Driveway drainage in need of fixing up. I have dug up and found a French drain and suspect it’s no longer connected to the outlet at the end of the driveway causing some serious stagnant water

Project: We are looking for a construction worker to build a 4-step retaining wall using gravity block materials NO cement. The wall will be similar to the design in the image provided, with precise measurements and step placement. Materials, including blocks, gravel, and necessary supplies, are already on site.

Remove old carport and build new carport. New carport will be used for storage . Details: 1. Retain front façade and powered roller door assembly. 2. Retain concrete slab. 3. Remove everything else and take to tip (timber frame, roof, etc). Kimbriki is closest. 4. Build new car port: new timber frame, new roof (Colourbond or similar), waterproofing. 5. New roof line / ceiling will need to sit higher at the rear of car port (currently I can’t walk in at rear without ducking). so pitch of new roof will need to be less steep to account for this , but maintain at least 1 degree of fall for the rain. Note new roof cant be in way of existing adjacent windows on house. 6. Frame up a wall at the rear (opposite end to powered roller door) and install a large (1200 mm wide)hung door 7. Need help installing a roof and gutter on our pergola - the frame and roof structure already exist. The gutter needs to be connected into an existing downpipe from a garden shed. Dimensions are 2.8x4.0meters, we are wanting half zinc, half semi-opaque laserlight (so the sheets of each only need to be 2m plus overlap). The roof structure will need timber cross pieces added to attach the roofing. If needed I can supply materials.
