Seeking an authorised contractor with Northern Beaches council to complete driveway crossing in line with conditions of Authorisation from Council. Remove 5m gutter, remove 5m wide existing layback and crossing slab. Construct kerb, gutter, 4.2m wide layback including 2 x 600mm wings, crossing slab 6m long x 3m wide at layback x 3 wide at boundary. We would like to have some drawings done for a gable roof living room extension at the rear of our house. Plan is to do a CDC , select a builder and begin works in Feb. we will demolish the 2 skillion roofs at the rear (and everything inside), in order to go back to the original exterior wall of house (where roof tiles stop). Then make the new gable full width of house approx 8m , and approx 8m long (from roof tiles out to just past where the grass starts) The gable would join into the existing tiled roof. location is north balgowlah , sydney . 2093. I have a steel pergola onsite which needs assembly. It is 6 M x 4M with motorised louvres. It comes from a company called Alunotec. I have the manuals and can send through more links if this job is of interest. The structure needs to go into newly laid outdoor porcelain tiles. Photos are shown below of both the crates they have arrived in, the dwg drawing, the location of assembly and also a video of a different branded but identical product. The actual (not that they would be that different) along with all manuals will be supplied on task. Ladders available onsite. Got a stratco shed that needs assembling. Preferably this weekend if possible. Concrete slab will be poured Friday for it. It’s in the backyard all flat ground and easy access.

I have started a DIY project - build concrete stairs up on the side of the house. Unfortunately I don’t have the time to complete the job. Required: Remove some soil to make room for the steps. Pour 4-5 steps. Pave the whole 9 steps with brick.
